Data protection and privacy

Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Privacy Code”) and the new European regulation for the protection of personal data GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Regulation EU 27 April 2016 n. 2016/679/UE have the purpose of ensuring that the processing of your personal data takes place in respect of the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of individuals, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity. Therefore, it is our duty to inform you about our privacy policy.

1. Purpose of processing

1.1 We inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of the Code on personal data protection, that the personal data provided by you when registering for the website www.davincisecurity.it, or otherwise acquired in the course of our activities, may be processed, for the purposes related to the provision of the Service itself. After registration, pursuant to art. 130 paragraph 4 of D.LGS. 196/2003 we may send you e-mails related to services similar to those provided and you can object to this e-mail at any time.

1.2 Your data will be used, if you give permission, to send information and commercial offers, also by third parties that are part of the same group of companies as D’AVINCI Security Products Srl to which it will be possible for the Data Controller to communicate the personal data provided by you.

1.3 Your data will be used, if you give permission, to collect data and information in general and particularly on your orientations and/or preferences.

2.Methods of processing

2.1 The data are collected by the subjects indicated in point 5, according to the indications of the Privacy Code, with particular regard to the minimum security measures provided (art. 33-34), and of the GDPR (art. 32) regarding their processing using computer tools, manual and automated with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

2.2 In compliance with applicable legislation, an anti-spam verification system is active on the communications made through the response form to the ads made available to users. The data entered therein may be verified for the sole purpose of detecting illegal activities or content not in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Service, but will not be processed or communicated for commercial or promotional purposes.

3.Type of data processed and optional conferral of data

3.1 The simple navigation on the Website entails the collection by D’AVINCI Security Products Srl of the so-called “navigation data”, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes: IP addresses, type of browser used, operating system, domain name and addresses of websites from which you have accessed or left, information on the pages visited by the user within the sites, the access time, the duration of the visit to the individual page, the internal route analysis and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the User, as well as data derived from cookies and/or similar technologies.
These technical/computer data are collected and used exclusively in an aggregated and non-identifying manner and could be used to determine liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the sites. Therefore, the “browsing data” does not allow for themselves to identify the user.

The website offers certain services for which the User is required to provide additional data, qualifying as personal data. For example, the registration to the Site, access to restricted areas and purchase of products and services of D’AVINCI Security Products Srl, are all activities that involve the provision by the User of personal data that allow D’AVINCI Security Products Srl to uniquely identify the User such as, for example, first name, surname, date of birth, Your home and/or residential address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card details.
The provision of personal data by you is absolutely optional; however, any refusal to insert them in the page dedicated to registration for the purposes of providing the Service (point 1.1) makes it impossible to use the Service offered within the website www.davincisecurity.eu.

3.2 The provision of your personal data is optional for commercial purposes (point 1.2) and profiling (point 1.3), and any refusal to give consent does not affect the provision of the Service.

4.Categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed

4.1 The data collected for the purposes of providing the Service (point 1.1) may be communicated to Companies that perform functions strictly related and instrumental to the operation of the Service, or, in any case, that provide services aimed at verifying that the publication of ads is not intended to infringe the rights of third parties. These data may be transferred to companies affiliated and/or belonging to the same group of companies as D’AVINCI Security Products Srl.

4.2 The data collected for commercial purposes (point 1.2) and for profiling purposes (point 1.3) may be transferred to third parties belonging to the same D’AVINCI Security Products Srl Group, also for sale or attempted sale, or for all legitimate commercial and/or statistical purposes. The list of subjects to which your personal data has been transferred may be requested from the Controller by using the e-mail address found in point 6.2.

5.Data controller, Processors and Agents

5.1 D’AVINCI Security Products Srl is the autonomous data processing owner in the person of its legal representative, with registered office located in Milan – Via Antonio Tolomeo Trivulzio 1, Vat nr 12908830966.  It shall decide autonomously on the purposes and methods of processing, as well as on the security procedures to be applied in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.

5.2 D’AVINCI Security Products Srl may designate one or more subjects, as the data controller pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 29 of the Privacy Code. The Data Processors carry out their activities according to the instructions given by D’AVINCI Security Products Srl and under its control; D’AVINCI Security Products Srl periodically checks that the Data Processors have fulfilled their tasks and continue to provide adequate guarantees of full compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data.  The Data Controllers use external Processors for the purposes specified in points 1.1 (technical purposes related to the provision of the service), 1.2 (commercial purposes) and 1.3 (profiling purposes). 6.Rights of the Data Subject

6.1 We remind you that, at any time, retains the right to obtain from the joint controllers information about the personal data concerning it, the origin of the same, the purposes and methods of processing; also retains the right to request updating, the rectification, integration, deletion, anonymisation or blocking of personal data processed in violation of law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected and/or subsequently processed.

6.3 Please note that you also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

6.4 If you are no longer interested in receiving the communications from D’AVINCI Security Products Srl and wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do so by clicking on the “cancellation” link at the bottom of each e-mail sent by D’AVINCI Security Products Srl.

7.Redirect to external websites

www.davincisecurity.eu may use social plug-ins.  Social plug-ins are special tools that allow you to incorporate the features of the social network directly into your sites (e.g. the “like” feature on Facebook).
All social plug-ins on the Site are marked with the respective logo owned by the social network platform.
When you visit a page of the sites and interact with the plug-in (e.g. by clicking on the “like” button) or decide to leave a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted by the browser directly to the social network platform (in this case Facebook) and from this stored.

8.Link to/from third party websites

From the Site you can link to other third party websites through appropriate links. D’AVINCI Security Products Srl does not control or monitor these websites and their contents.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites. The Site provides links to these sites solely to facilitate the User’s search and navigation and to facilitate hypertext linking on the Internet to other sites.
The activation of links does not imply any recommendation or warning from D’AVINCI Security Products Srl for access and navigation on these sites, nor any guarantee about their content, services or goods provided by them and sold to Users.
D’AVINCI Security Products Srl therefore disclaims any responsibility for the contents of these sites and the rules adopted by them, also with regard to the protection of personal data and its processing when browsing within the sites in question.

9.Safety measures

D’AVINCI Security Products Srl adopts appropriate security measures in order to minimize the risk of destruction or loss – even accidental – of data, of unauthorized access or processing not allowed or not in accordance with the collection purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.
D’AVINCI Security Products Srl cannot, however, to guarantee the Users that the measures taken for the security of the sites and the transmission of data and information on the Site limit or exclude any risk of unauthorised access or dispersion of data by devices belonging to the User; We suggest that the User verify that the computer is equipped with appropriate software for the protection of the network transmission of data, both in and out (as updated antivirus systems) and that the Internet service provider has taken appropriate measures to ensure the security of data transmission over the network (such as firewalls and anti-spam filters).

10.Changes

This policy may be subject to change. If there are substantial changes to the use of data relating to the user by www.davincisecurity.it , they will notify the user with the maximum evidence on their pages. For this purpose, the Privacy Policy document highlights the date of update.
